Purchase and return policy

1. Purchase process
The purchase of a product in Bolazos Suu is done by adding the products to the virtual basket and then filling in the data required for the identification of the client and the sending of the order. An identification code and an ORDER document are generated and sent to the customer's email. In case of requiring an invoice, the client must contact us by email at susanavtg@gmail.com.

The granting of an order means the acceptance of the following conditions.

The prices found on the web are in euros (EUR/€) and include the legal 21% VAT for sale in Spain. The price on the web can be modified at any time for advertising campaigns or other commercial decisions.

3. Payment methods

4. Right to withdrawal and return of merchandise
Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, grants the client the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 14 days from receipt, after notifying Bolazos Suu SL ( by email), with a refund of the price that would have been paid for it. The order must be returned with all the products to be returned and the original packaging of the products in perfect condition.

If any product is defective, Bolazos Suu SL will resend the product to the customer without additional costs or the cost of the defective product will be reimbursed.

In any case, the customer must bear the transportation costs of the return.

5. Return due to product defects, defects produced in transport or shipping error
If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly seen, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or it is seen, in the same way, a error in the merchandise received, the customer must notify kinuma.com (via email addressed to: info@kinuma.com) within 48 hours of receiving the order in order to request the return of the affected product or products. and with it the substitution for a new one or the reimbursement of the price paid for it.

Shipments
Shipping costs will be added to the value of the basket and will be assumed by the customer. Expenses range from lower to higher depending on their distance from the Bolazos Suu SL offices, and may be altered at any time due to changes in the Bolazos Suu SL contract with its suppliers.
The expenses originated by the customs at destination, will always be assumed by the client.
